60-Day WiseBoard Pilot Agreement

This template documents the scope, success metrics, and exit terms of a no-cost WiseBoard pilot. A countersigned PDF is sent on confirmation.

Scope & access

• Up to 25 teachers at the named building(s) receive full access to all WiseBoard features for 60 days at no cost.
• Pip AI usage included; no per-call or per-seat overage during pilot.
• Rostering options: OneRoster sync, Clever, ClassLink, or signed CSV ; district choice.
• SSO available via Google, Microsoft, Clever, or ClassLink.
• Pilot teachers receive a 30-minute live onboarding call and a written quick-start guide.

Four success metrics (measured Day 60)

Cadence & deliverables

• Day 0 ; Kickoff call (30 min) with district contact and pilot teachers.
• Day 30 ; Mid-pilot check-in: dashboard review, blockers, change requests.
• Day 60 ; Exit survey emailed to all pilot teachers; usage data finalized.
• Day 70 ; Written success summary delivered: metric results, qualitative quotes, recommended next step.

Data & exit

• Pilot data is governed by the WiseBoard Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA-compatible) ; signed before access.
• At any time during or after the pilot, the district may export all rosters, classroom grade snapshots, lesson, and behavior data as CSV / JSON.
• If the district does not convert: pilot accounts are disabled on Day 70; data is purged within 30 days unless the district requests retention for further evaluation.
• If the district does convert: pilot teachers' data carries forward to the paid contract at no charge.

No-cost terms

No payment, purchase order, or auto-renewal. The pilot does not obligate the district to purchase. WiseBoard will not invoice for the pilot period regardless of outcome.
