**Version 1.0 — April 18, 2026**

WiseBoard maintains the following coverage and can issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the requesting district as a Certificate Holder within **two business days** of a written request.

## Coverage in force

| Line | Carrier | Limit | Deductible / Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cyber Liability & Privacy / Data Breach Response | (carrier name on file with Trust) | **$2,000,000** per claim / $3,000,000 aggregate | $5,000 |
| Technology Errors & Omissions (Tech E&O) | (carrier name on file) | **$2,000,000** per claim / $2,000,000 aggregate | $5,000 |
| Commercial General Liability | (carrier name on file) | **$1,000,000** per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate | n/a |

> Carrier names, policy numbers, and underwriting evidence are stored in `docs/legal/insurance/` and shared on request under NDA.

## How to request a COI

Email `info@mywiseboardclassroom.com` with:
- District legal name and mailing address (Certificate Holder).
- Whether the district must be named as **Additional Insured** under CGL.
- Any contract-required language (e.g. waiver of subrogation, primary & non-contributory).
- Pilot / contract reference number, if any.

We forward to our broker the same business day; the broker typically issues the COI within 24 business hours.

## Renewal

Policies renew annually. The Trust Center page shows the next renewal date, and the COI changelog is updated on each renewal. WiseBoard maintains continuous coverage; lapse is not permitted.

## Carrier change notification

If WiseBoard changes carriers, Districts with an active COI on file will receive an updated COI within 14 days of the new policy effective date.
