Lesson planning

Assessment-Informed Lesson Grouping for Teachers | WiseBoardUse recent evidence to plan groups, not label students.

Differentiated Tracks can suggest lesson groupings from the latest assessment tiers in a linked class. Treat the tiers as one piece of instructional context, review every group and save only the version you approve.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions, answered.

A little more detail before you dive in.

Does a tier establish a student's fixed ability or mastery?

No. A tier is instructional context, not a fixed ability label or proof of mastery. Use it alongside other classroom evidence.

Why is the panel not visible?

The lesson must be accessible and linked to a class with assessment-tier records. The panel is hidden in Teach Mode and when its assessment query returns no students.
